I love soup in all of its forms- broths, stews, thick, thin, chunky, light, hot, cold- I don’t discriminate. To me, soup is the perfect food. It’s filling, it’s delicious, it’s versatile. This Turmeric Parsnip Cauliflower Soup with Grass Fed Meatballs came together on a whim, and ended up being the perfect rainy day meal.

I decided to make this Turmeric Parsnip Cauliflower Soup with Grass Fed Meatballs. The meatballs are egg free and hold together perfectly, and the soup is thick and warming.
