Pizza Frittata (Paleo, Whole 30)
One of the things I miss the most with my paleo lifestyle is a shitty delivery style pizza. I miss the smell, the taste, the grease, the pull of the dough. I’ve spent my years mourning the loss of pizza, but at the end of the day, I know I’m doing the right thing for my body and for my healing.
But Just Because I’m Paleo Doesn’t Mean I Can’t Have Pizza!
On a particularly crave-worthy day, I decided to do what I could to make something that gave me the same nom nom feels as pizza. So I crafted my first ever (and not my last ever) Pizza Frittata. What’s so great about these, is they’re easy, packed with tons of protein, and can be customized for anyone who’s eating them!
My personal favorite toppings are:
- mushrooms, pepperoni, onions, and black olives
- ham, pineapple, and onions
- sausage, and mushrooms
- green bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, and black olives
