Paleo Picadillo (Whole 30, Paleo)

Pronounced peek-a-dee-yo.

Picadillo is a popular Latin American dish, popular in places like Cuba, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and believe it or not, the Philippines. It’s packed with flavor, super easy to make, and one of my all-time favorite dishes to make!

So what’s even in Picadillo?

Some sort of ground meat makes up the base of a traditional picadillo. It has tomatoes, peppers, green olives, and raisins. Though it sounds weird, the raisins are where.it’s.at!
