When you’re on the Whole 30, or even living a paleo lifestyle, eggs every single day for breakfast can get old… and quick. I find myself craving something sweeter and comforting after a few weeks of straight up eggs.
Paleo “Noatmeal” is where it’s at!
Think of a great morning with a steaming bowl of oatmeal. If you’re like me, those instant packs were my go-to in high school and college. I used to love microwaving them and breathing in the sweet scent of cinnamon apple or maple syrup and brown sugar. So how could I re-create that same feeling, while living my clean-eating lifestyle?
It’s way easier than you think!
No, but really! It takes 5 minutes in the morning to slam the ingredients together, and you pop it in the microwave just like old times. At the end, wha-bam… Noatmeal.
