  1. In a large sauce pan, over medium-high heat, saute the ground beef and liver together.
  2. Add salt and garlic powder. Cook until meat is almost all the way cooked through.
  3. Add cabbage mix, coconut aminos, coconut vinegar, and fish sauce.
  4. Cook until the cabbage has softened.
  5. Serve over cauliflower rice or mixed greens.
  6. Adjust seasoning as needed.
