  1. Over high heat, saute the onions and bacon until browned. I like it when the onions start getting caramelized.
  2. Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and cook until warm and the cauliflower starts to get crispy. Add in the seasonings and adjust to taste.
  3. Top with whatever you want or pair it with your favorite proteins!
