Sometimes, you just need some pudding in your life. But when you’re living a life that is chalk full of dietary restrictions like no dairy, no additives, no gluten, no chocolate, etc… it’s hard to indulge.

This AIP Friendly Avocado Carob Pudding Satisfies Those Cravings!

It may sound weird. I’ll admit, my first time tasting an avocado pudding, I was nervous. There was no way in my mind it was going to taste like pudding. “Wouldn’t it taste like avocado?!”

It turns out, avocado is even more versatile than I thought! Pairing it with honey, carob, and vanilla literally turns it into a pudding. You can use it as a frosting for your favorite AIP cake or brownie, or top it with fresh berries for a quick dessert.
