  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Place tapioca flour and sifted coconut flour in a large mixing bowl. Add baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In a small saucepan, bloom the gelatin in water. Heat it slightly so that gelatin dissolves completely.
  4. Add apple cider vinegar and gelatin/water mixture to dry ingredients and stir together. Dough will be sticky and should flow like lava. If it’s too liquidy, add a little more tapioca flour.
  5. Lay out dough onto a pan lined with parchment paper. You could also use a pizza stone.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Pull out of the oven and brush with olive oil and top with a little salt and more garlic powder.
  7. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. The middle will be a little gummy feeling, almost like cheese!
